Roosevelt-Wilson Elementary earned a B rating in the 2026 Texas Education Agency accountability ratings with an overall scaled score of 86.

The campus also earned three distinction designations: Academic Achievement in Mathematics, Postsecondary Readiness and Top 25%: Comparative Closing the Gaps.
